Q. Is Cigmas search engine friendly?
A. Yes it is. You are able to enable a mod_rewrite within the admin control panel. This will change urls from http://www.site.com/test.php?mod=review&action=1 to http://www.site.com/r/review/1. This will make it friendlier to search engines that index you.

Q. Can you help me to integrate my template?
A. Yes we can for a small fee of $20 per hour. You should contact us from the support page. Usually we take 2 hours for a template integration from an already coded source. If your template is still in PSD format you will have to get it HTML coded before we can work on it.

Q. Can you install Cigmas for me?
A. Yes we can. It takes us about 15-30 minutes depending on your server and the configuration. We charge a flat of $15 to install Cigmas. This fee does NOT include any template or front end configuring.

Q. What if I lease Cigmas and find out I want to buy it instead?
A. You are always welcome to upgrade Cigmas to a full license. Contact us about it. We are happy to work with you.

Q. I do not have Paypal can I pay you in another way?
A. Yes you can also send us a money order or check. Once we have secured the payment we can manually issue you the license.

Q. Does Cigmas support my language?
A. Cigmas is modular in its use of language. You can easily make the modifications for any language.

Q. Can I edit or modify the source code?
A. Yes you can but only to a degree. We have certain core files that are encoded with ioncube. They are the functions and our licensing system. Also the install files are encoded. You will not be able to make changes to these files but you can alter just about anything else and users have created some great hacks for Cigmas.

Q. Will this work on my XXXX server?
A. This is fully tested on a FreeBSD server and Linux server. You can go to the technical requirements screen to see more info on what is required. We see no reason for Cigmas not to also work on a Windows environment.

Q. I do not have a layout does Cigmas come with one?
A. Yes. You can see it in the demo.

Q. If I lease a license what happens when it expires if I do not renew?
A. Your site will cease to function. If you wish to continue to use Cigmas you will have to renew.

Q. Are there any bugs in Cigmas?
A. Not that we are aware of. If a bug is found we will work quickly to fix it and release a free patch to all clients.

Q. Has Cigmas ever been hacked?
A. Again not that we are aware of. We worked very hard in creating secure code for Cigmas and we went the extra mile to make sure our code is security minded. Be aware that new exploits appear all the time and we may have to create patches to fix any new threat.

Q. I use another CMS can you help me to convert?
A. We would be glad to. Usually it only requires an integration of your current template and a conversion of your database. You can contact us on the support page for more information on this. We are also working on tools to easily convert from other popular CMS systems.

Q. Can I get a discount on multiple licenses?
A. Absolutely, you just need to contact us first with how many you would like. We can begin negotiating from there.
